PLEASE TAKE CARE OF OUR EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
 
It has been brought to our attention that one of the hockey goals has been damaged and needs repair before it can be used, a new one will cost over £1000.  It appears that the damage may have been caused by moving it with the vertical bars at the back of the goal.  Please move the goals by picking them up with the two horizontal bars that run from front to back of the goal just above the board.  Please do not push or drag the goals either as this may damage the pitch which has already had several thousand pounds of repairs to it.  With several of our senior teams travelling around the Midlands and experiencing the facilities that other clubs have and use we should consider ourselves very fortunate to have the use of the facilities at Wrenn School - please take care of them so we can continue to enjoy the use of them.
 
 
ENGLAND HOCKEY LADIES TROPHY CUP COMPETITION
 
Congratulations to our Ladies 1st team for reaching the quarter-finals of the England Hockey Trophy.  Good luck for the trip to Kendal Town Ladies this Sunday 28th February.
 
A number of our teams are looking for promotion this season so details of the crucial games where support would be greatly appreciated will follow as we come to the end of the season.
 
 
LADIES SUMMER LEAGUE
 
We have entered two teams into the Wrenn School 7-a-side Summer League that starts in May 2010.  We are looking for two captains to organise mixed ability teams for the games on Tuesday evenings.  Please let me know if you are available to do this or you would like further information.
